Practicing a Metta Meditation is calming and centering and often needed when traveling. This travel mala is 5 sets of the Metta Meditation: May all beings be peaceful (represented by howlite), May all beings be happy (represented by crazy lace agate), May all beings be safe (represented by tourmaline), May all beings be awaken to the light of their true nature (represented by labradorite) and May all beings be free (represented by amazonite). The next set you replace 'all beings' with 'me' and repeat the 5 lines, and then the next set replace 'me' with the name of someone with whom you have difficulty. This experince is cathartic!  All beads are 8mm. The Buddha head is resin and the tassel is suede.
