Forrest Bathing is prescribed as a healing practice for someone who is overworked and experiencing chronic stress or depression. It is the practice of walking in the nature, amongst trees and taking in the sights, sounds, smell and feel of the Forrest. Walking with the grounding energy of the trees, feeling the sun radiate through the leaves, smelling the earth and listening to the breeze. This Mala embodies that energy. 6mm moss quartz, sunstone and sandalwood with 8mm Baltic Amber which is referred to as the 'master healer' with gold accents. This mala is beautiful and has an abundance of healing potential. A rudrasha seed as the guru for growth potential and a thick, silky forrest green tassel.

There may be some imperfections, imperfections are part of its uniqueness.
Our Malas are strung with nylon cord which is durable up to a point. If you are wearing your mala and bend over and get it hooked on a door knob and stand up fast, it will break.
If you are not wearing your mala it is recommended that you lay it flat or drape it over something sturdy rather than hang it on a hook. Repeated hanging it will wear it out faster.
If your mala does break you can send it back to me, with all of the beads, at your expense, and I will restring it for you for a $50 restringing fee.
